  • High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS)

  • Partially Hydrogenated Oil (Trans Fat)

  • Food Dyes (like: Red Dye No. 40 / Blue Dye No. 1)

  • Vegetable oils (Soybean oil, Corn oil and canola oil, these are highly refined and mostly genetically modified)

  • Conventionally raised animal protein- better quality sources are 100% grass fed beef, organic free range chicken and eggs, and wild caught fish. 

  • Processed meats (too many food additives)

  • Excessive alcohol 

  • Soda (even no calorie/no sugar has unpleasant sweeteners like sucralose, aspartame)

  • Produce that is a part of the dirty dozen and is NOT organic
