Hi there, I am Priyanka!

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for over 15 years, I've realized  that nutrition and lifestyle is inevitably, the BIGGEST ASSET of your quality of life so we could enjoy this precious life and things we like to do!


My mission is to empower YOU to nourish yourself and find a lifestyle to suit your needs so YOU become a better version of yourself! Food brings pleasure and nourishment both, so it shouldn't be so confusing and overwhelming!


At Ginger Spice Health, our outlook is very practical, sustainable, personalized and evidence-based. We meet you where you are, assess your low-hanging goals first, your challenges and struggles and start from there! It's never too late to strive to be the healthier version of ourselves!

Because we all are different, our needs, our food beliefs, cultural and ethnic food preferences, likes dislikes, food traditions, relationship to food is so different, and that's why no ONE DIET fits all! The REAL ANSWER lies in the "personalized nutrition approach"!

Fun facts:

  • Recipes on this blog are self-created that I use on everyday basis, mostly quick and easy, plant-based, and perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and ovo-lacto-vegetarians.

  • My personal health journey has been bumpy too, having gained over 60lbs twice during complicated pregnancies and C-sections, it was no fun! But know that good nutrition has many healing powers. You just have to give yourself permission to work towards the best version of yourself! :)
