About
Meet your Minnesotan Dietitian:
Hi there❣️
I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by nutrition advice, frustrated with symptoms like bloating, fatigue, weight struggles, PCOS, constipation, or blood sugar issues, you’re not alone. My goal is to help make nutrition feel simpler, more realistic, and supportive — not stressful.
I believe healthy eating should fit into your real life. That means no extreme diets, rigid food rules, or perfection. Together, we’ll focus on building sustainable habits that support your gut health, hormones, metabolism, energy, and overall well-being.
When we work together, I’ll be your guide and partner — not “ the FOOD POLICE.” Every plan is personalized to your body, lifestyle, culture, preferences, and goals because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health.
I provide real-life, practical strategies, encouragement, accountability, and compassionate 1:1 support so you can feel more confident, balanced, and in control of your health long term.
I love sweets so you can't get away by not talking about sweets/desserts if you have a sweet tooth, esp. my favorite chocolates!
I look forward to supporting you on your journey! 😊

My personal health journey has been bumpy too, having gained over 60lbs twice during complicated pregnancies and C-sections, it was no fun! But know that good nutrition has many healing powers. You just have to give yourself permission to work towards the best version of yourself! :)
