What's Nutrition Counseling?

We offer one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions, usually first session is over an hour long. This session is mainly for nutrition assessment and figuring out where you're at and what'll be our GAME PLAN for you- breaking it into smaller goals and considering your lowest hanging fruits first.


As gut health is the foundation of good health, we always like to keep that in perspective. We like to take the root cause approach, using 'food as medicine' and 'personalization'!


Big goals might range from healing your gut, working our way up towards clean eating, fix fatigue, improve sleep, make you feel better than before, etc, all broken down in smaller goals!


 We’ll help you with what to eat, when to eat it, and the supplements to take to reach your potential.

How to get support between sessions if you have any questions?

  • Insurance doesn't cover this but we'll be happy to support you if you are looking for any quick answers. Something that needs MORE TIME and explanations would be done during our next appointment. We do attempt to reply to emails and voicemails within 24-48 hours on weekdays.

  • FOR APPOINTMENTS: We PREFER FACE-To-FACE VIDEO SESSIONS over audio / phone-only sessions on the link provided in appointment confirmation and reminder emails. Its a secure video link. This way we could share resources, visual aids, handouts, apps, etc
